Empregare is the recruitment system that many companies use to post job openings and receive resumes. For you, it is a job site where applying is free, with one resume for these companies.

## Why does Empregare appear on the company's page?

Many companies use Empregare to create their careers page. The page features the company's brand and job openings, and registration, resume, and applications are handled through Empregare.

That is why the address of these pages is usually companyname.empregare.com.

## One resume for all companies

Your registration on Empregare is unique and valid on the Empregare site and on the careers pages that use Empregare. The same resume is sent to companies when you apply.

- If you update your resume in one place, it changes everywhere for future applications and for companies searching resumes.
- If you have already registered with another email or with your CPF, log in with it to avoid having two resumes.
- In Brazil, registration is unique per CPF.

## Who manages the selection process?

The company that posted the job manages the selection process.

- Empregare is the system companies use to post jobs, review resumes, apply tests, and schedule interviews. Each company handles its own steps without Empregare's involvement.
- To know results, deadlines, or interviews, contact the company offering the job directly.
- Here, we assist with site usage and system errors.

## You choose who sees your resume

In Settings, choose how companies find you:

- **Public:** full resume visible to all companies posting on the site.
- **Private:** your contact details are available only in job applications or by prior request.
- **Invisible:** your resume will not be found by companies, but you can still apply for jobs.
